Over the last 20 years, Bibi enjoyed a successful career of managing novel projects though the establishment of innovation cultures and shared vision. These projects included the following creations:

  • The Caribbean Network for Empowerment Through Training (CNETT) Ltd. – a pioneering Virtual Business Accelerator Network focused on developing Micro and Small Enterprises.
  • The Agriculture Now Programme – a multi-dimensional outreach vocational training programme to empower recipients with business development, food production and life skills.
  • An innovative Incubator Module at the National University in Trinidad and Tobago.
  • A novel biopesticide, which encompassed field and lab research and large scale production and application, that decreased the use of toxic pesticides in the sugarcane fields.

As Founder and CEO of CNETT, she presently offers personal and business development services to Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises.
