BACKGROUND:

Over the last twenty-five years as a business psychologist and facilitator, Angelo has helped organisations large and small deliver complex, highly people-dependent change. He advises boards and executive teams in designing their capability to deliver innovation and change. He works with clients to apply a scientific, structured and disciplined approach to innovation and change management. Having worked with private and public sector organisations in Ireland, Australia, Scandinavia and North America, he brings a global perspective to developing organisational agility.

He is a co-founder of STEPSTONE Consulting which specialises in helping organisational increase their agility and ability to deliver project outcomes. STEPSTONE Consulting provides advisory and training services in Change Management, Innovation Management and Culture Development.
