BACKGROUND:

Mónica has 24  years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held regional roles, enabling her to assist companies in designing organizational structures and identifying capabilities to support present and future needs. She has held leadership positions in the human resources function of multinational top-tier companies.

She was the first woman to hold an executive position (Director of HR) for Latin America at Elanco. Throughout her career, she has specialized in leading multidisciplinary teams, maximizing their abilities to accelerate behavioral and mindset changes during moments of transition, impacting business results.

As a founder and principal consultant of Mindoneers since 2022, Monica has successfully partnered with organizations to optimize their human capital strategies.
