Background:

Mr Niklas Tiger is serving as an Executive Director of Innovation 360 Group’s Swedish office in Stockholm.

Mr Tiger has an extensive background in the IT Industry, with more than 30 years of experience in different operational and strategic roles such as consultant, consultant manager, sales manager, business area manager, managing director, CIO, CEO and board member. For twenty years he was the owner and CEO of a Swedish IT company specialized in system development, IT infrastructure, datacenter solutions and managed services working with customers around Sweden and the Nordics, both in the private and public sector. He has also a background as professional board member, some which are currently ongoing, in a range companies and industries from start-ups to nationwide corporations. In his different roles he has developed extensive experience in developing and executing corporate business strategies, innovation, digital transformation, leadership, change management, and project management. Since more than 15 years, he is also a member of the global community for Solutions Focused Practitioners, where he in 2014 was a member of the organizing team for the global Solutions Focused conference (SOLworld Conference) in Stockholm. Mr Tiger is a passionate advocate for Innovation Management and the Solutions Focused Approach, on a mission to bring the best out of people and organizations by providing them with powerful tools, processes, and skills to help them come together to innovate and create positive change in the most spectacular and engaging ways.
