Background:

Nowier Alshumrani is an Innovation Management Black Belt™ accredited by Innovation360 Group, recognized for her ability to integrate analytical problem-solving, emerging technologies, and evidence-based innovation methodologies. With a background in computer science and applied artificial intelligence, she works at the intersection of innovation, medical technology, and digital transformation.

Born with profound hearing loss and later receiving a cochlear implant in 2025, Nowier has developed a strong commitment to advancing assistive technologies and designing meaningful, human-centered solutions. Her experience includes developing an early-detection algorithm for Alzheimer’s disease, contributing to hospital-based research environments in Jeddah, and translating complex technical insights into practical recommendations.

She has hands-on expertise using the InnoSurvey® Analyzer and other Innovation360 tools to interpret innovation capabilities, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making. Alongside this, she has built offline web applications, developed AI-driven research tools, and supported multidisciplinary teams across technology, medical research, and digital innovation initiatives.
