Background:

Christof de Winter is the founder and principal consultant at Leapfrog Innovation. He has been an Innovation360® Licensed Practitioner since 2023.

Christof has 17 years of innovation experience. He has a record of achieving and enabling results in complex international multi-stakeholder environments. He has worked on innovation projects with eight insurance companies in eleven European countries.

Christof has done groundbreaking work in dynamic pricing, proposition development, and innovation process development. He has also developed innovation strategies, created governance and portfolio processes, conducted trend and scenario analysis projects, initiated venturing and innovation labs, and coordinated engagement with Insurtech startup networks.

Christof holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Insurance Management and has lived and worked in Switzerland for 5+ years. Recently, he has co-initiated and co-developed the Achmea Innovation Hub in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
