Dr. Huda Alfardus has over a decade of leadership experience at the intersection of science, entrepreneurship, and investment. She is the Founder & CEO of HEALTHGENA, a biotech innovation accelerator, and a Partner at Sarat Investments Group, Biotech VC Fund. She also leads Fikriti Training and Consulting Institute, which operates an investment fund to support its beneficiaries.

Previously, Dr. Alfardus served as Head of Innovation & Strategy at the Saudi National Bank’s corporate venture arm.

With a strong track record spanning biotech, finance, intellectual property commercialization, startup incubation, and venture capital, she is widely recognized as an ecosystem builder who transforms cutting-edge research into economically viable, high-impact solutions.
