Dr. Abdullah Al-Mansour

Dr. Abdullah Al-Mansour is an innovation leader and entrepreneur based in Saudi Arabia, with over 15 years of experience in innovation strategy, entrepreneurship, and policy development. He serves as a Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Global Consultant in Innovation & Strategic Policy, working with public, private, and nonprofit organizations to build institutional innovation capability, strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, and enable sustainable competitive advantage.

He is a certified Innovation360 practitioner (IMBA™, IMYB™, IMGB™) and Certified Applied Innovation Leader (CApIL®), with additional certifications in the Foundations of Innovation Management and Certified IP Strategy & ISO 56005 Innovation Management Professional. He is currently preparing for Black Belt accreditation.

His work focuses on translating strategy into execution through structured innovation management frameworks, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and institutional excellence models, supporting organizations in moving from isolated initiatives to measurable and scalable impact.
