In this grading, you will gain the skills and tools you need to master complex assignments, re-assessments, and stakeholder management. You will gain a working knowledge of ISO 56000 innovation management guidance and learn how to use innovation metrics, set KPIs and visualize progress.

Your client list will expand dramatically as you gain a reputation for handling the most complex organizational challenges. As a trusted strategic advisor, you will handle periodic re-assessments to track progress with a dashboard of metrics, KPIs, and the InnovationIQ score. PESTLED360 will clearly identify key environmental drivers that will impact the client in the days and months ahead.  The culture mapping canvas will link culture, competencies, and capabilities to strategy. You will learn how to link qualitative and quantitative analysis in order to gain deeper insights.

This is also where you will go beyond internal structures to create entire ecosystems related to innovation. Advanced analytical skills include multiple correspondence analysis and Pearson R tests during correlation, to determine the strengths of variables and the relationships between them.

The tools you will access include:

  • Culture Mapping
  • Canvas for linking qualitative and quantitative analysis
