Natalie is a passionate and creative Experience Design Leader. Paired with her deep Project Management skills and her notable get things done attitude, she always remains ambitious to reach high levels of success. She teaches Customer Experience Design at a University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. In 2000, she co-founded a consulting boutique for systematic Capability Development and works today as a Consultant especially in the fields of Customer Experience Design and Innovation.


She loves to deal with new technologies and gadgets. Natalie is keen in ideation, developing prototypes, learning by what works and iterating upon customer feedback for designing human centred, great experiences in any field. In the last twenty years, she developed inspiring Leadership and Talent Management skills in Line and Project Management. She worked for several industries such as telecommunications, ICT, insurance, tourism, banking and government.
